I had been searching for ukulele lessons for my 10 year old when I happened upon Red Pelican Music. After reading some glowing online reviews, I filled out the online inquiry form. Later that same day, I received an exceedingly friendly call from Brian, who runs the school. I am a total sucker for old school style customer service, and Brian delivers this with his persona and his communication.
I can’t say enough about my experience so far… I emailed on a Sunday morning about purchasing a gift certificate for a friend interested in guitar lessons. I figured being a Sunday the response time would be at best next afternoon. On the contrary…Brian responded via email within 30 minutes and then a phone call an hour later. He was patient and very informative!

I’ve tried many times to learn an instrument, and many times I’ve sputtered out after considering how tough classes and practice would be. Red Pelican made it easy to change my pattern and I’m now on my way to being a ukulele master! Ok, so maybe not a master, but at least a passable instrumentalist.
