I’ve tried many times to learn an instrument, and many times I’ve sputtered out after considering how tough classes and practice would be. Red Pelican made it easy to change my pattern and I’m now on my way to being a ukulele master! Ok, so maybe not a master, but at least a passable instrumentalist. Later that same day, I received an exceedingly friendly call from Brian, who runs the school. I am a total sucker for old school style customer service, and Brian delivers this with his persona and his communication.
Everything about this company is really wonderful. . . very accommodating to your needs and requirements in matching you with a teacher. And they really do try to match you with the perfect instructor. They have so many different types of backgrounds and personalities!
I filled out the online form and within minutes Brian called to find the right teacher for me, that would also fit into my busy schedule. He paired me with Sebastien, who was awesome all around. . . Super nice guy, super friendly, with a great understanding of all different genres of music. . . I am truly happy to have had such a great and humbling experience with this company.
I sent Brian at Red Pelican a message via the website and quickly heard back from him. After chatting he sent me profiles of a couple of cool music teachers with their availability and locations. I then chose to sign up with lessons with Hubie. All of the logistical stuff was awesome and a total breeze. Think personal concierge at the Wynn in terms of customer service.
